Meet the Founder

Kyle Griffith is a seasoned M&A professional with over 15 years of experience helping business owners navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and growing companies. As the Managing Partner and Principal of The NYBB Group, he has represented hundreds of small and mid-sized businesses through successful transactions.
Recognizing that the lower middle market lacked a true ecosystem connecting business owners, investors, and trusted advisors, Kyle founded Eminae Network to fill that gap. What started as a local roundtable has grown into a national platform with 200+ members, 50+ events per year, and over $2B in represented deal flow.
Kyle is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and holds the CM&AP and MCBI designations. He serves on the Board of Governors of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), is Chairman of the New York Association of Business Brokers, and is a Founder of The M&A Alliance.
